Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with Goldie’s Superfoods LLC d/b/a Noocha™. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions or any damages arising from your use of our Services. You expressly release Shopify from all liability related to your purchases and interactions with Goldie’s Superfoods.
